The nice thing about this service is you can subscribe to a particular type of email relating to specific business types.

Hello world I'm 38 today. It is also Veterans Day. Growing up I always had my birthday off as V eterans Day was a school holiday. Unfortunately I have to work today. I'd like to see "us" return to our roots and make Veterans Day a prominent holiday again.

The commercialized holidays are taking over and overshadowing holidays that support those who helped to make our country what it is today.

I'm hoping for a positive productive year ahead. I'd like to have some personal and professional growth. Although www.crazyguyonabike.com keeps calling my name.

Maybe its time to post again.

Summer is in full-swing here in Western New York and we have certainly gotten our fair share of rain. The rain has really mad the mountain bike trails and events super muddy.

I have competed in the Raccoon Rally and 6 Hours of Power in addition to helping at the Wednesday Night Holiday Valley Race Series.

I recently hit a major valley in my training and have not ridden much in the last two weeks. I think I just burned myself out and did to many hard efforts.

I'm starting to feel better but will continue to ride easy till i feel better.

The Tour de France was very good. Interesting race, and as for doping scandals the NFL and other major sports leagues have way more drug abuse, its just not reported and the governing bodies have decided to not pursue it.

I guess thats about it for now.
